Cons: Frightening neighborhood. Leaving the hotel grounds on foot would have been quite dangerous. Arrived early morning and we needed to go into SF for the day and were not allowed to check-in until night and received last/poor room location next to the road

Pros: when we arrived we found out our booking had gotten mess up, so the hotel could no longer give us the room we had requested. However, the staff at the moment, as well as other staff throughout our stay, try their best to accommodate us and make our stay conferable.

Pros: This is a great hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. And the room itself was very clean, bright, with all the amenities you expect from a decent hotel. Location is great, close to the fwy and airport.
Cons: The outside noise from various motorcycles was pretty loud even with the windows closed up. I'm not sure if it's the street location, or something was going on in the area. But from early AM to late at night very we had to hear loud motorcycles revving.

Pros: Nice clean room with a big couch and large soft towels for the shower. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood was not attractive and very near a BART line, but felt safe enough. I would recommend for a place to stay when visiting the Bay.

Pros: The employees were outstanding. Oscars to all of them. Arrived 9pm and front desk person was as happy as if she was getting off in a minute. Very, very courteous. Went over to bar and got the same happy attitude. The newly renovated rooms were nice and comfortable. Again housekeeping was wonder and said good morning with feeling and sincerity. It was overall a very good stay.

Pros: Memory foam mattress and a REAL hot breakfast of bacon, scrambled eggs, toast and seasoned potato cubes! The best hotel breakfast I have ever had!ordered my breakfast and it was brought to my table fresh! I even forgot something important, and they found it and held it for me!
Cons: No hot tub by the pool, and the pool was not heated.
