Fine dining simplified is how I would describe the flavor profile. Familiar, tasty and you can eat it everyday. A notch above my mom's cooking!
AAA Inspector Notes
Located in a lively neighborhood, this diner gets its coffee from a coffee shop a few doors down, its bread from a bakery on the same block and its meat from a nearby butcher. As for the food, just enough tweaking is done to appeal to foodies as well as your average Joe. The lunch sandwiches are flavorful, and duck liver pate crostini is a dinner must order, along with meatballs and polenta. If lemon cream pie is on the menu, get it. Beer and wine is on tap.
