Unsatisfactory and at great cost.
Pros: GOOD PANCAKES. Good access to Lake Tahoe.
Cons: Diningroom was closed two out of the three nights we were there. The one night that we ate there the beef prices were exorbitant. No unsalted butter or even unflavored butter was available. The dining room did not carry the gin we like but the bar did and they didn't communicate or share. The bar menu was definitely limited. The concierge was of little or no help and she seemed to care less. Clearly this is a resort of corporate retreats and destination weddings outside of ski season. Staff has little interest in the occasional guests wishing to stay in a nice place to explore the area.
