Pros: the beds were comfy and room clean. Good supplies in room. (glasses, coffee maker, cork screw etc) Staff helpful. Love the location.
Cons: Fire alarm sounded at a false alarm for over 30 minutes (while we were trying to sleep). In building 4. Apparently the shut off could not be located according to front desk. We also didn't expect all night parties in other room which kept us up from 1:00 a.m. until 3 a.m. with loud music and yelling. Nobody seemed to care. It was in building 4 across from us in building 5. We had heard that summer is very noisy, but didn't expect that off season. No sleep, not good. Need night security on site to handle these sorts of things. Thursday night should not be party night. No sleep that night. It was quiet on Friday night.

Pros: Perfect location
Cons: Master bedroom matttress WAY too hard. Overall, facility interior (other than the very well maintained lobby area) appears to have some deferred maintenance: scuffed walls & doors here & there, dinged furniture in the unit, etc.

Pros: Spacious rooms, balcony with reasonable mountain view. Easy access to mountain walks by tram.
Cons: Deliveries of goods through the night to a point just below our balcony and waking us. 5:30 am and 1:10 am were the worst. No air conditioning meant rooms were at 28C at night - hard to sleep.
