Pros: The room and facilities where awesome!
Cons: The staff, left a lot to be desired. While lounging by the pool the server came around several times but never stopped at my party. After going to the bar I mentioned if they would stop to see if we wanted anything and nothing. Also we checked out early morning and the desk clerk just stared at us until I told her good morning. Lastly while checking out two people in my party noticed they were missing money out of their bags. We asked if housekeeping was allowed in the room before we checked out or if there were cameras in the hallway, very rudely told no and it was not the hotels responsibly..

Pros: Hotel was clean and staff was great.
Cons: Took my wife for our anniversary and the bar didn't have any of the mixers for cocktails. The menu for the restaurant was subpar and the pillows in the rooms were terrible.

Pros: Beds were great, so comfy.
Cons: I booked 3 rooms. I paid for the suite and then we asked that the other 2 rooms be split by 4 girls. I've never in my life seen such a mess. Not only did we stand there at registration for 30 min, but then we noticed it was all wrong when we reviewed our bills the next day. One of the girls was charged $247.00, while another was charged $45.00. The girls that helped sort things out at the front desk were great, but that took some time. It was also frustrating because we knew we would be in a hurry the morning of check out which is why we wanted to take care of payment when we checked in. If it wasn't for the check-in fiasco, I would have rated our stay a perfect 10.

Pros: Very comfortable and handy to town center
Cons: The front desk told me they were giving me a bigger room, which sounded good. Unfortunately the room they gave me was at the furthest end of a series of corridors to the nearest exit, and had a noisy restaurant fan just outside the bedroom. I had to sleep with earplugs.
