Cons: I wasn't too happy about my room being changed. My confirmation said I would have double beds. As I arrived which was late I had a king bed and sofa bed. Sofa bed was a twin and very uncomfortable. We didn't have a good night sleep due to being crammed.

Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The room was very noisy. the room door had a big gap under it and all hallway sounds and freeway sounds were very loud. Uncomfortable mattress. Staff let kids play soccer in the hall at 6 am. Soggy breakfast.

Pros: They gave us snacks and water bottles upon check in since we were coming in for a soccer tournament! It was nice to have a small fridge in the room. The beds were cozy and relaxing. Great place and great price.

Cons: The bed was too soft and very uncomfortable and the sheets were too small for the bed. They kept coming off the bed. Also, we were charged the regular price of $99 per night after we had a discount with booking.com of $89 per night. When we brought this to their attention they said they could not honor the discount because it was through booking.com. We even tried our AAA discount and was told it was applied but was still charged the full price. I will never go back again. We should have only paid $217.80 for two nights.

Final Days.
Pros: My loved the suite. Spacious and clean
Cons: I went to check on at 3:00 pm and my room was not cleaned. I had to wait in the lobby for 40 minutes. Another customer in suite 201 had been waiting for their room for 2 hrs. The desk manager did not even offer a complimentary breakfast for our inconveniences.

Cons: Way too much money for a very basic room where we heard many noises from people around us... in the hall, in the next room, up above. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the advertised "sound proofing"... that wasn't true at all.

Pros: The breakfast and staff were nice. The welcome present.
Cons: The place, the gym and swimpool which can be seen all the time with a window, the fact you can NOT pay by cash for the stay and all the incrementials and they swiped my card without my contest with no regard to my opinion while they said I only need to pay at the end of my stay and I could pay by cash which I had said the first day I arrived!!!It matters to me because I was there for business and I had to calculate it with dollar.
