Breakaway Tours and Event Planning picks up and drops off guests at most local hotels. This wine tour company offers full- and half-day tours of wineries in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo areas. The driver is your tour guide and provides the company's “Deliciously Fun Wine Education,” which includes information about the area's wine regions as well as wine production, aspects of wine tasting and food pairings and even how to read a wine label. Winery tours also are available. Winery staff members lead the wine tastings and describe their wines. Full-day tours include four wineries and a picnic lunch, and half-day tours include three wineries without lunch.

The fleet includes several vehicle types—from SUVs to passenger vans to full-size tour coaches—to fit any group size. Specialty and private tours also are available.
