Pros: I love this hotel in Pleasanton, it's my favorite of all the upper end hotels in this area. The grounds are beautiful and I love having a balcony or a patio you can go outside and sit and enjoy the ponds and waterways they have running through the hotel.
Cons: The only negative thing I have to say is that there wasn't enough room to say all the nice things I have to say! I love the staff...especially the redhead at the front desk..She was so nice and accommodating ....
