Pros: The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant called Mimi's right off the parking lot that is wonderful.

Pros: The hotel was close to the venue. That's it.
Cons: I generally don't post reviews unless it's really bad or good,but this is literally the worst experience I've ever had staying ata hotel. The hotel did not honor the price set by andcharged me $40 more (could've been $80 if I did not negotiate). Thehotel claimed that my credit card was cancelled, but they did not callor e-mail me ahead of time. I didn't even get a chance to put in anew credit card before they cancelled my room. And guess what? I even called earlier during the day to let them know I was checking in late. Even though I called them FIRST early in the day, they still did not notify me what the status of my room was or even asked me for a new credit card. The front desk lady, Diana/Diane, was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She told me it was my fault for not checking in early EVEN THOUGH I CALLED AHEAD OF TIME. I've done everything I could on my end as a customer. She even told us it wasn't her fault because another employee was responsible for cancelling the room. In any business, especially customer service, any mistakes made my another employee means the whole company is responsible for fixing that mistake. If you represent your company, then it is your job to accommodate and help us figure out what's wrong. Don't shift the blame on other employees, or even have the audacity to tell your customers WHO HAVE ALREADY PAID to go to another hotel. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. I've never had this happen anywhere. I was basically getting scammed and told to deal with it. All I was asking is that you honor the original price that set for you. I'm not demanding anything else.For future customers, I advise you to stay at another hotel (well, it's actually Diana/Diane, and their front desk's advice sadly).

Pros: Clean and comfortable. I got a good nights rest. Love the breakfsast.
Cons: Maid knock and walked in. Didn't even give me a chance to get to the door. Just 3 knocks and walked in. The acted surprised. It was hours before check out time and this bothered me.

Pros: For me The bed could have been firmer, but I slept well. Breakfast had many choices and that was good.
Cons: Location was the main thing, but it was close to Scripps and I was dropping off my daughter. Not too many things to do of interest to me and it was too hot, so I didn't go hiking.

Cons: The toilet seat had a brown stain..... it has been there for a while
