This lodging is conveniently located near a shopping center. The cozy rooms have vanities that are separate from the toilet and shower area, which could be helpful when getting ready to go out.
Smoke free premises. 51 units, some efficiencies. 2 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
Pros: I would like to commend Julia. Nice friendly employees make for a nice stay.
Pros: The bed was excellent, and my stay there was more then I expected. The front desk agent Sai was very respectful and made my stay there at the Comfort Inn a success. Thank you.
Cons: It was a little hard to reach the entrance. If you are going north. It was ok but basic.
Pros: The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. They have been renovating and the improvements are nice.
Cons: The selection of channels on TV is poor.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and courteous.
Pros: Room was cleaned daily
Cons: Could not get onto WiFi. Breakfast was bad. TV while a flat screen was not supported by the cable system very well. Pool was dirty.
family with young children
Pros: Breakfast was decent.
Cons: The bathroom had a really weird smell and the air conditioner went out the second night and it was very uncomfortable. The desk clerk was very nosey watching everyone. Was creepy.
Pros: The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The wifi worked well. The cost was cheaper than other motels in the area.
Cons: Good for an overnight stop, no restaurants or night life nearby.
Cons: Did not honor the price that I paid through booking.com. Had to file a complaint in order to be reimbursed.
Elevator out of service and I have bad knees that make climbing stairs difficult. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cons: Bathroom fan loud
Pros: Conveniently located on El Camino Real, hassle-free check-in/out.
Cons: The place is rundown. The first room I got was smelling of smoke (they changed me to another one). Breakfast is OK, but the room was filled with the smell of burned oil, which soaked into my clothes (beware if you have an important meeting in the morning). I asked the staff if they could prop the door open, and they instead opened the windows, because they didn't want random people to walk in off the street and eat breakfast. It's basically a rundown hotel, but somehow there just aren't good options in the Bay Area below $200/night.
family with older children
Pros: Very close to Stanford campus. Lots of shopping, restaurants close by. Friendly staff. Amply parking.
Cons: The construction outside so made parking and getting in/out of drive way a bit troublesome but otherwise a great hotel!
