Pros: Beautiful and historic. Great food. A truly unique hotel that has been painstakingly restored from its historic past, but with the right amount of modern luxuries. Just a fun place to explore. Because of the unique rooms, it's a different experience each
Cons: Front desk is very slow to answer the phone. One front desk guy was generally unpleasant. Everyone else was fantastic. Shower drain broke but it was fixed and engineering was professional and nice. Infotainment system is junk. Internet is slow, spot
