Pros: Excellent choices and variety for breakfast.
Cons: We had a corner ground floor room which was mildly noisy around 7-8am, but this was not really noticeable or disturbing.

Pros: Rooms are OK.
Cons: Breakfast area in the restaurant is designed in the way not adequate for such a big hotel. And the hotel is really big despite the fact it has just 3 floors. As a result - constant lines throughout the entire morning to all food stands. Simple re-arrangements could solve the situation dramatically, removing majority of the lines. But better to expand the breakfast area at least twice. One elevator had the 3rd floor button totally broken. Hard to say how visitors could get to the third floor in it.

Pros: Great breakfast with eggs, pancakes, and more. Room was quiet. Staff helpful
Cons: A little better instructions about wifi. Parking was tough when we returned late.
solo traveller
Pros: The staff upon arrival were great. They're was a small issue in which the room I had reserved wasn't available in the executive wing. They took into consideration my need for a divide between kids and adults. Three trial rooms later I had a bedroom of sorts like originally reserved.
Cons: Where do I begin. Honestly I'll start with the one that will make me never stay here again. Or any BW for that matter. And while waiting for our house to be ready we chose this BW. Our house will be complete in 2 days. Over 42 days that were suppose to be spent at BW but instead we were forced to stay elsewhere due to their dishonesty. I'll begin with the fact that my children left a dresser drawer in room 210 full of brand new Lego's. Staying in a hotel is difficult for kids. This is their only toy. Or WAS their only toys as BW just tells me wild instructions everytime I inquire about them. From we only release lost and found items between 2pm & 4pm, call back tomorrow. Then upon calling back a different individual says only in person. Drive all the way there Ladies at counter who are very nice BTW explain I've driven for no reason as only m-f when maid Is here can items be released, as safe is kept off-site. Are YOU KIDDING ME!!! Then after I'm almost in tears they comfort me by saying don't worry give us your address and we'll mail them out to you Monday. That was weeks ago. I called to check stats and guy on phone said that information regarding items in safe only discussed in person 1pm to 3pm. I just want my kids to have their darn Lego's. We left due to no running water and a man with a bucket who had to come into the restroom post your bowel movement to pour the water down the toilet for manual flush.
