Pros: It was a very comfortable room to stay in.
Cons: I checked in around 9 pm of Oct. 27, 2017. There was nobody at the front desk until after 5 minutes. The lady that showed up to help us check-in was not very pleasant so to speak, she seemed tired already and so she was not smiling anymore when she was talking to us. The room didn't have the ref and the microwave as indicated in the description of the room when I first came in. I called the attention of the front desk lady and her reply was that , the ref and the microwave was only for the suites. I showed her the booking confirmation of the room with the description of what should be included in the rate and so she asked the hotel staff to bring up the microwave and ref in the room. How can she not know this ? Just wondering
