Pros: The room was fantastic (more of a suite, if truth be told), with a capacious & comfortable bed, a jacuzzi bath (in addition to the shower) and a balcony overlooking the park. We were treated to a complimentary drink from the bar, which stayed open as late as we wanted via an 'honesty box' system. Kyle and his team could not have been more helpful, right to the point of a (sadly unnamed) maid dashing after me with my forgotton washbag. That alone salvaged my holiday from potential crisis!
Cons: The location is probably very convenient for downtown requirements, but this makes it a little off the trail for tourist spots in Old Sacramento. However, I would recommend you stomach the walk and stay here anyway. The Fox & Goose and Tower Café are both reasonably convenient for local drinking / dining.
Pros: Staff, room, decor, lounge, patio.
Cons: Freeway traffic noise.
Pros: The girl that was working when we got there and she also made us a great breakfast. Great location.
family with older children
Pros: Beautiful old house. Individual rooms decorated in style. Complimentary glass of wine in the evening. Very kind staff.
Cons: A little bit of road noise.
Pros: Fantastic staff, the place was amazing. So friendly and comfortable. Yhe best!!
Pros: Lovely room, spacious, super comfy bed. Inn is centrally located, easy to get anywhere. Easy street parking.
Pros: The location is excellent, and the staff was pleasant. The common area is quite pretty.
Cons: Our room was tiny with a miniscule shower, and it was slightly musty. The rooms are not made up during the stay. I would suggest adding vegan options to the breakfast menu. It was also VERY odd to have an extra charge for breakfast at a $200+/night "bed and breakfast".
