Pros: I booked this hotel because my kids love elevators and tall buildings. My wife liked it because of its stylish character. I was happy because they were happy. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Tried to include breakfast when booking through app and later learned it wasn't really an option even though it showed it was on the app. Not a huge deal considering we found an awesome local joint across the street that made a great breakfast sandwich.

Pros: All staff were extremely attentive: valets, wait staff at Grange; hostess at Grange; front desk.
Cons: Grange dinner menu needs to be more diverse. Upscale items a intimidating to some customers taste.

Pros:
Cons: Paid wifi, at this level of price wifi should be free. $9.95/day is nuts. I guess they expect only wealthy clientel who don't care.
