Pros: Sufficient parking, great location, and a good pool.

Pros: The location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: We thought we had selected a single king or queen bed, but when we got our room, it was a wheelchair access room with a very small double bed and hardly any space in the room. The bathroom was BIG and clean though.

Cons: I booked a King size bed room with a Harbor View. We ended up with a two queen size beds and the view of the emergency stairs. I was extremely disappointed specially because I was with my husband and since he is a big guy we had to sleep in separate beds.

Pros: Great coffee, friendly staff. The hotel served what I needed it for and that was a safe and quiet place to rest my head after comic con.
Cons: If i dropped the room temp below 70 there was dripping from the ac unit. I only had to do that so my friend could change into his costume comfortably for the day. I usually keep the temp at 73-74

It is 4.5 miles from downtown. We are big walkers so it was fine for us

Pros: We walked in and there was no receptionist. I waited there for like 5 min. until somebody came out and apologized for not being there. I checked in and out fairly quick. Price is a little high for what it is. The restrooms need a little work.

Decent stay with good amenities
Pros: Harbor view was very nice. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Pool was clean and heated to 85. Can't beat the location, you're just minutes away from most things to do in Point Loma/San Diego.
I like that the free breakfast had a good variety of stuff, even for my picky child. Parking was free and they had good loading zones. Beds were average but comfortable.
Cons: Paid extra for harbor view which was nice, but this means we were also facing the pool which means while my family was trying to sleep we had to listen to the very loud younger guests of the hotel yelling and doing cannonballs until 10pm, right outside our window.
Also, the sliding door and window had a very bad draft, we stayed during a cold weekend and we could not warm the room up even with the heater set to 80. You could literally hear the wind coming in because it sounded like something out of a horror flick the whole night.

Pros: Yacht harbor view was nice from the window and enjoyed morning walk around fishermen landing. It's near the air port and hotel's free shuttle service was great.
Cons: I think the hotel is pretty old by looking at bathroom fixture. Door lock did not work and
after flushing toilet, water kept on running so I looked inside the tank and it was awful.
There were many kids running hallways and noise from next room came through.

Pros: Convenient location. Pool was comfortable. Can tell it has been updated. Breakfast was your normal Best Western breakfast. Very crowded at 9am (it closed at 930 and there were many tourists vs business travelers).
Cons: It is on a busy - noisy street. This is not the hotels fault, but we were woken several times from cars and people outside.
Could use a really good cleaning. Bath fan has not been cleaned in months - if not ever. My son dropped a toy under the bed and yuck. Need to pay a little more attention to the "unusual cleaning places"

Pros: This hotel was immaculate. The hot breakfast was delicious. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate were available in the lobby at all times as well as two baskets of apples. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to answer your questions.
The location was perfect for us. Shuttle service from the port and then to the airport.
There are excellent restaurants just across the street where you can walk for a delicious meal.
Cons: A larger breakfast area would be nice but don't let that stop you from staying at this gem of a hotel.
