Pros: The hotel is located right across the street from a trolley stop, which gives excellent access to many locations in San Diego. Even though the hotel is located near two highways, our room was very quiet and comfortable--we slept well. The staff was very courteous and helpful. A bar and a restaurant are conveniently located on the main floor. We spent six nights there and will probably stay there again.

Pros: Always smells like cookies! This is my third time at this hotel. This time it was the perfect location to the zoo, Midway and Balboa Park. That was why I selected it. The Artisan platter was excellent....
Cons: Only free wi-fi if you booked with Hilton; however, your direct rate was higher. I am a Hilton Honors member too so it was still disappointing to know we had to pay for the wi-fi......

Pros: Bed was comfortable. The room design and bathroom design is very nice. The different amenities in the hotel are nice like pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts, Starbucks, cookies...
Cons: The elevator with the wet paint signs looked aweful. The tennis court was under construction. The bed cover was too heavy and not to my liking. The carpet felt weird when barefoot. No nuts in the cookies, please. Is there an option?? The Starbucks frappuccino was awful and I had to throw it out, go down the street and get a new one. I was disappointed with those things but I hope you get them fixed and I will be back. My 18 year old daughter liked it a lot.

Pros: Loved the rooms and the balcony view! Loved the cleanliness of the room and the housekeeper was very friendly ! :)
Cons: One of the front desk agents were not the best. I waited 30 mins for my room to be cleaned after check in time ! Also the sink smelled from time to time, I had to cover the drain with a towel.

Pros: The beds were pretty comfortable. And secured parking was good. Location of the hotel was great, close to restaurants and shopping centers.
Cons: They charged us a higher rate than what booking.com had per night, but they fixed it. Also, there's no free complimentary water in the rooms, $3.75 plus tax per bottles. Some areas in the rooms were dirty, like behind the nightstand looked untouched for like 3 years.

Pros: The staff was awesome as we were able to check in early.
Room was dusty with food or stains on curtains and side chair. Elevators were being worked on and with so many people having only two working at a time was irritating. There should have been some sort of discount on rate for the inconvenience. Over $20 for two glasses of domestic wine was crazy. The rooms were very nice even with views of the rooftop and freeways! The fireplaces outside next to the pool was awesome.

I am allergic to down, as soon as I mentioned it at check in, they had someone up to the room and changed out all the bedding. Parking was significantly cheaper than most hotels in San Diego.
Cons: I didn't like that they raised the prices of rooms ridiculously high for Pride/ComicCon/Giants being in town. BUT all the hotels did the same.

Cons: The room was clean but I kept finding long black hairs everywhere which grossed me out. The parking garage spaces were a tight fit even for our small car and when we were getting ready to check out we had car trouble and it would have been nice if the staff would have been more helpful. They gave us a box of jumper cables but said they didn't have a car to jump ours with and when a staff member said he would get his truck to help, the manager said they weren't allowed to do that. They also charged my credit card before I checked out and again after I checked out.

Pros: Gym and indoor and outdoor pools open 24/7. They give you a warm cookie upon check up. Safe. Small shop in hotel that sells starbucks.
Cons: No fridge in room or free wifi in rooms either.
Room service never changed our bed sheets until we asked them to. Too expensive for no wifi, standard room without breakfast and paid parking.
