Pros: Always stay at Holiday Inn Express, and enjoy them. The price is right and they are where you need them also like the fridge and micro wave in room
Cons: We could not use our door key for every night of our stay. It was frustrating for us and the front desk to always make other keys for us.

Cons: Jeffery the front desk person was very rude, curt, unprofessional to everyone he helped. Not clean and very sloppy. The worst attitude I have ever encountered. I filed a personal complaint on line. I was pretty much told in front of others that my credit card had declined when I clearly showed him my bank records to show that the charge had went thru. Because of him I will never return to this location.

Pros: Adam was awesome. He helped me facilitate a date change with the booking agent. He was very nice and remembered assisting me. Went out of his way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
Cons: The dryer in the laundry room was of poor quality and did not completely dry my partners clothing after several runs thru the dryer.
One particular night clerk was on his cell phone and I had to wait several minutes to gain his attention. I am a supervisor at a medical facility and cell phones are not allowed at my front desk. I understand if it work related but he was watching some type of video.

Very pleased with our stay.
Pros: The room we stayed in was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were definitely able to get our rest and have some sleep. Also, the breakfast we had was great as well (the pancake machine they have there is amazing!)
The staff that work in the hotel had been very friendly and helpful to us, most especially Isabel who works in the kitchen/dining area.
Overall, we were very with our stay.
Cons: Would be a lot better if there are additional parking spaces.

Pros: Loved the breakfast, the cinnamon rolls were fantastic. There was plenty of eggs, sausage and fruit. Which was great because one of the people traveling with us was a diabetic and could not have all the pastries and things that normal places offer. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Great beds, and our room was dark and very cold. (which it just the way we liked it.)
Cons: Parking was an issue, we got in late one night and got the last parking spot (thanks to some helpful staff) but it was around the corner and behind another hotel.
