Pros: The door men were polite and helpful.
Cons: It was our 20th anniversary, so we called ahead of time to request a king bed. When we got there they said they didn't have one for us, so we slept in separate beds. Also the iron broke and we told them twice and they never brought us a new one.

Cons: We were told we were being held a double queen and we're down graded to double beds where no one fit. There was also suppose to be a fridge in the room that was not there. Parking cost money every night.

Cons: No complaints. The Omni was awesome and once we upgraded to the 20th floor we didn't have the Gaslamp noise and our views of the Bay and Coronado Bridge were spectacular.

Cons: Parking is NOT included in the price. That should be advertised appropriately, it adds 47 more to the advertised price or you walk with all your luggage and pay 15+ per day.

Pros: I loved the location of the building right in the middle of downtown San Diego, and I loved the access to Petco park from the building, that was very useful. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: There isn't anything bad I can say about the hotel. We had a wonderful stay with Omni and don't have one complaint.
