The name of this restaurant is perfect since the chef creates masterpieces from items taken from the 'land' and the staff offers down-to-earth hospitality. A rusted tractor planter sits on the corner and introduces the land theme, which continues through to the interior with warm earth tones and gunnysack accents. Food is expertly prepared and seasoned by a proficient staff. Be sure to sample the ginger chicken pot stickers served over Asian slaw with a complementary flavored sauce. The crisp wedge salad topped with a roasted tomato marmalade is another fine choice. If you order anything that would be well accented by ketchup, don't worry about insulting the chef because he makes that from scratch also and every item on the menu is house made and delicious.
