Pros: The hotel is clean, beautifully designed, located near public transit and has a great mini gym in the basement and free coffee on the mezzanine level in the mornings. They've done a lot of things right. There was a city blackout the day I checked out of the hotel and the staff handled it really well.
Cons: Toilet was not 100% clean when I checked in but I forgave it due to the obvious excellence elsewhere.

Modern hotel in a great...
Pros: The staff were incredibly helpful! We rented bicycles, but didn't return them before the shop closed. Unsure what to do, we went back to Axiom were the team stored them in the basement overnight.
Make sure you grab a free coffee in the morning on the mezzanine level!

Pros: The rooms were big, and well appointed. The decor was lovely. Great to have the bed ends available - we used them to elevate our suitcases etc from the floor. The shower was awesome!
Cons: The food at the cafe wasn't that nice, however, the coffee was great - pity there was only one size available for taking away. It was very convenient to have a cafe in the hotel.

Pros: Location is phenomenal. You can take the BART to and from the airport, it is literally a one minute walk from the station to the hotel. It's right in the middle of everything.
Cons: The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but otherwise everything was great.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Modern and elegant decor. Awesome bed. Qtips and a shower cap would have been helpful.
Ordered breakfast - bagel wasn't toasted enough. It arrived in a paper bag with plastic utensils - for $26 I would have appreciated proper silverware/glassware/china.....

Pros: The bathroom was small but nice and modern.
Cons: The noise level was high both from outside and people coming in at all hours of the night and talking in the hall like it was a dorm room.
It felt like an old building they slapped some paint on and converted into a hotel. Lobby was ok, modern, it just felt like they were trying to hard. Not my style I guess.

Pros: Location was the best, cable car stop is right at the front of the hotel. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: There was no drinking glass in the room. We had to use toilettery glass for drinking and the house keeper had never changed it all 5 days. Feeling a bit disgusting. Also we booked the airport transfer from the airport to hotel, the driver was late because the miscommunication with the hotel. So we have to wait for an hour and also the price was overcharged.

Pros: Nicely presented, modern hotel with a great fit-out in the public areas as well as the rooms themselves. Fabulous location, right in the thick of things. Staff were friendly enough when approached.
Cons: You definitely pay top dollar here; didn't bother with the expensive room service, but did fork out $55 per day for the valet (as an out-of-towner, maybe I'm just not used to that, but it seemed on the high side...).

Pros: The hotel is located just in front of the terminus of the Powell St cable car lines, close to the BART Powell station and to the MUNI stop: this is just excellent for going out and visit S.Francisco or to move to/from the airport.
The room was comfortable and well organized, with all you need for a nice sleep and stay. Not a luxury hotel, but nothing is missing.
There is free coffee/tea available to guests at the mezzanine, although breakfast is not offered: there is an internal bar with coffee and croissant, but do not expect a rich breakfast.
Wi-fi is just excellent: fast and reliable.

Pros: The Hotel is very central, few steps from the old cable car and the MUNI/Bart station giving you access to most of the city.
The rooms are a little small but fully functional and comfortable. And the gym was well maintained.
The hotel restaurant has a nice lounge area with a happy hour selection and there is plenty of places to grab a bite in the area.
Cons: Because of the central location it can be a little noisy in the late evening

Modern and cozy
Pros: I arrived in the morning (about 11:30) after a long flight from Brazil, and they arranged a room for me right away, before ckeckin time. Even asked if I preferred with a view to the street or a interior room, more quiet. I got the one facing Powell Street and loved the view of tram station. It didn't think it was not noisy at all.
Since I stayed only for one night before my husband arrived and we left to Carmel, it was very convenient to be close do the BART station and to lots of stores and restaurants.
