Pros: The people at the desk were very helpfulamd friendly. The hotel was right where all the action was on fisherman's wharf. You did not need a car to find the fun.

Pros: Excellent location near Fisherman's Wharf with a nice sized room. Very comfortable and quiet space. Valet parking is less than other nearby hotels. The valets are very helpful and professional.
Cons: Breakfast is available, but is not included in the hotel price. We opted to eat at a nearby bakery which was fantastic.

Pros: Loved everything, location, room - the staff were amazing! We forgot his name (so sorry!), he is Polynesian - he is the concierge in the mornings- he was fantastic!!! Also the gentleman at the front desk on the morning we arrived (Wednesday 7 sept) also forgot his name (sorry) was very friendly and helpful!

Cons: They did not provided the booked room, the received room being much smaller and inappropriate for our family - one bed and one roller bed instead of 2 queen . Next day the room was however changed but the similar problem, 1 bed and 1 sofa. Needed to be changed again. We were 'invited' to leave one day earlier by inserting the check out form under our door. They added to the final bill extra items too. There were other small other issues too... for ex the staff, breakfast, etc

Cons: We were unaware that there are 2 Courtyard Marriott hotels in Very close proximity in Fishermans Wharf and the taxi brought us to the wrong one and the reception staff there directed us to the other which was a few blocks away. As the taxi had gone we had to walk and pull our luggage with us which was tiring and Inconvenient after a 12 hr plane journey. Otherwise everything was fine!

Pros: We had a very nice big bedroom with a lovely big bed with spotlessly white bedding and big fluffy pillows and a very comfy sofa. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Lily who runs the cafe is very nice serves tasty breakfasts. The hotel is well placed and within easy walking distance to Fishermans Wharf and tram stops. The hotel is clean and fresh throughout.
Cons: The reason I marked the facilities down is because the windows need to be double or even triple glazed as it can be noisy at night with sounds of the street coming in. It lets the rest of the hotel down.

The location was excellent for walking to Fisherman's wharf and Pier 39, you can get on the street cars/trams just one block away, and Lily the Manager of the "Table 580" Bistro was by far the best, she always greeted us with a big smile and welcome, nothing was too much trouble for her, she even met us in the reception when we left and wished us well and gave us a huge hug good bye xx
Cons: Most definitely need to change the glazing to the room windows, very loose fitting and I think only single glazed, having a burger bar in the courtyard all the rear rooms have to put up with high spirit shouting and noise late into the night.
TV had very few channels to watch unlike the TV's in the Bistro.
