Pros: The staff were friendly and helpfull and responded quickly to a mechanical problem in our room. Our room was clean and the bayside view from our room was a plus. The buffet breakfast was also great!

Pros: The location is excellent. The lobby area is nice to hang out in if needed. Staff was friendly. When we had a repeated problem with the toilet they moved us without an issue. Both of our rooms had great views.
Cons: The hotel hallways feels very dated and odd once you leave the lobby area. Meaning the hallways need some TLC. However the rooms were clean and fine - a relief once my expectations were lowered by the walk down the hall...

Pros: Staff exceedingly friendly and very accommodating. I had two reservations and hotel employee combined them to make our stay seamless, no changing if rooms or rekeying. Very nice king size bed and view! Close to elevator but we heard no noise.
Cons: Had hot water in shower but not at sink, just lukewarm.

Pros: The staff was very pleasant & the hotel was clean. The accommodations were very good. The bed, pillows and bath linen were very nice. The shower didn't get very hot, but not a big problem. Maid service was excellent as was the front desk & wait staff.
Cons: Location of this hotel is terrible. It is in Chinatown; not the Financial District. A couple blocks behind the hotel is the Financial District. If not for the location, I would have liked the hotel.

Pros: This hotel is in china town. It's easy to walk to nearby restaurants and the financial district. Our view was nice on the 19 th floor.
Cons: This is an old hotel. So sad to see tiny beds, popcorn ceilings, and no fridge. Hallways are wide but you can hear the traffic outside your room. Wanted some cookies like you get when you stay at the doub tree. Ordered room service for these. Big mistake.

Pros: Good location, about 10 minute walk to the Montgomery BART stop so relatively easy access to the airport. (Flat walk, no SF hills in between)
Cons: Hotel was clean and room was comfortable, however, the walls are very thin and could hear conversations in the next room. Also, we were on a lower floor and you could hear a lot of street noise, a higher floor would likely be better
Pros: Great central location. A few blocks from trolly, ferry terminal and tons of great resturants. Can get anywhere by Uber really quickly.
Cons: Nice facility yet no robes, slippers or in room refrigerator. Small water bottles are $3 each. Lite on extras for Hilton in financial area.

Pros: Location was prime as it is right next to Chinatown and great restaurants. Their cloud lounge was stunning. Overall very clean hotel.
Cons: There was no fan vent in the bathroom, shower did not get very hot, wish there were a mini fridge (for all the treats you'll buy in the area), half the staff was very lackluster and had a bit of an attitude - not inviting.
