Pros: Nice big bed, view out the room, free wifi.
Cons: Huuuuuge hill to get up and down. The cable car is 7 dollars PER RIDE. The room cleaner walked in the room without knocking at 9am.

Pros: Great staff made the experience terrific.
Cons: The hotel is well used and needs to be refurbished. Halls were dirty and walls were all scuffed.

Pros: The view, the location.
Cons: I did not like the arrogant attitude at the front desk for check in and check out also making guest coming from booking.com seems second value guest. Unpleasant impersonal , and no information about the Internet -cost and the possibility to join the membership club to get free wifi instead of paying 15 usd pr night for the Internet. When you log on to the Internet it also says it is free and no cost. I also had a deluxe room with kingsize bed that was supposed to be bigger but as fas as I could see the room was ordinary size too crowded with unnecessary furniture. Carpet was loose and the room seemed run down. The bathrooms tub with dodgy shower curtain does not give me any feeling being in an 400 dollar pr night -room. This hotel is not worth the money. The only classy here is the impressive entrance of the hotel building and the view.

Pros: Staff are helpful and front entrance looks great.
Cons: Rooms are small & dated. The hills would be worth the walk if you get a room with a view but we didn't.

Pros: We got a pretty spacious room. Plenty of space for dog and baby to play while we got ready :)
Cons: Pet fee and valet added an extra $100 to the initial cost
