Pros: The decor was great, rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy ! Loved the bonus of having fresh water infused with orange and lemons.
Cons: Our room didn't have a closet or iron, not sure if this is standard.

Pros: Our children loved the Large window seat. They played in it all evening and again in the morning. Very safe location . Close to shopping, food, and venues. Liked the fully stocked mini bar.
Cons: Our first room had mold on the ceiling and hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom. We did get moved to another room very promptly and that room was sufficient. But the second room telephone wasnt plugged in so we had to plug it in and charge it for a bit in order to use it and call room service.

Pros: Very clean, sf-esque decor. Friendly staff, good shower and nice sheets. A cute hotel that makes you feel like you're in SF.
Cons: The area is actually extremely close to some extremely dodgey grimey streets. I wouldn't recommend walking around there ever alone. Even with my husband we were yelled at and sworn at by people begging for money. we had to Uber everywhere after that. We were charged an additional non-optional $18 leisure fee for free coffee, wine socials, yoga mats, bike rentals, use of the pool, business centre and wifi. I thought that was pretty excessive given the only thing we were able to take advantage of was wifi and two cups of coffee each - both are pretty standard in most hotels. Our room was cute but super tiny. Mattress and pillows extremely soft and squishy - which is not my preference. Didn't sleep well here. Overall for how expensive this room was plus the additional fees and all the Ubering we had to do this is not good value for money. Spend a little more to stay in a better area and you'll likely save money in the long run.
