I relish that they make their own sauces - soy, miso, chili and they don't use MSG! Also they make their own kimchis and rice cake. Homey and delish!

This Korean eatery is known for their cook-your-own barbecued meats and homemade Dol Sot Bibimbap (stone pot rice), Duk Bok Ki (stir-fried rice cakes) and Kimchi jjigae (spicy soup). The Kalbi Jjim—slow-braised short ribs with potatoes and carrots in a special sauce, is outstanding. They make their soy sauce, miso paste, chili paste and kimchi from scratch, all without MSG.
