This is strictly a ramen shop, not an izakaya/ramen shop. The only appetizer offered is smoked oysters, and the soup is rich. The chasu features soft, melt-in-your-mouth noodles that are just the right thickness for each flavor. The chef's mad scientist approach extends to a spicy, bitter chocolate lamb ramen with foie gras and truffles (available only on Valentine's Day). Bring your own take-out container, as they do not provide one.
