Tell the cashier your choice of heat, main topping (such as tonkatsu or pork cutlet, shrimp, salmon, chicken or vegetarian) and then your choice of white or brown rice or udon. The menu offers other choices of rice and noodle dishes. Seating is very limited. Food is made to order so there's just a bit of waiting. Restaurant closes at 7pm.
