Pros: Management extremely helpful and conscientious. Went out of their way to mail / return items that were inadvertently left in the room.

Pros:
Cons: I was told that there was a late check out time of 1:00 pm and when I was still in the room at 12:00 pm I was treated very poorly. I was treated as if I was trying to stay an extra night. After trying to explain what I was told the man still was not very understanding. I won't stay here again.

Pros: The location was good and the room was clean. The staff was also friendly and helpful. They also allowed one night booking over the weekend, which some of the hotels in the area do not.
Cons: It would have been nice to know that the hotel was under renovation/repair. It was noisy in the morning and the construction made the car extra dirty. I think the rooms should have been discounted as a result. $159 was pricey for having to deal with construction.

Pros: We had a room with one Queen bed. It was comfortable and the room was spacious. The location was perfect for our visit to Cal Poly SLO. Twice we walked to the campus and back, which is a little less than a mile away. Also easy walking, about a mile or so, to the Thursday night Farmer's Market/downtown/Mission/shopping. There were two or three restaurants within a couple of blocks. Easy freeway access. We have already booked this same lodging for three visits between now and October. The price for the accomodations and location was perfect.
Cons: The refriderator in the room wasn't working. We didn't make a big deal about it because we didn't really need to use it.

Pros: The hotel worked for us because of location to the college. It is an older hotel but it did the job.
Cons: Carpets could use a cleaning (not just a vacuuming). Bathroom door needs to be fixed, we wouldn't shut the door in fear we couldn't reopen it with the 6 yr old in it. The handle was almost broken like, hard to turn/or would turn slightly but not engage so door couldn't be opened.
