Pros: Food
Cons: Customer service
family with young children
Pros: Though near JW airport, barely heard plane noise. Very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.
Cons: The line at managers reception was a bit long but tolerable.
young couple
Pros: The bed was very comfortable - the room was very comfortable. I loved the evening reception the food selection was great and the wine was terrific. The location turned out to be excellent for the wedding we were attending. The valet parking attendants were great.
Cons: We could not get cable TV stations in the living room - we could in the bedroom and this made watching TV together a problem. We were somewhat disappointed in the breakfast. While we felt the omelets was good, waiting in line took quite awhile. We found the scrambled eggs to be to runny, and bacon was gone.

Pros: Loved how the room was designed. A seperate sitting area from a bedroom type area. The breakfast buffet was absolutely phenomenal and the food was delicious the cooking staff in-service heart extra sweet very nice and extremely Pleasant
Cons: I didn't like the fact that I was not told about a $50 incidental charge and it was doubly charged and I have to get it fixed instead of your stuff getting it fixed not a pleasant way to start and there was no option for non-paid parking I shouldn't have to be forced to pay to park in a place already come to the room in as long as your residence or your parents or your customers actually want a home there and check out we should not be charged for parking. Also when I found out about the incidentals I came back to ask the lady who charged me that now that amount and she says oh it's right here on this time then flips around so I can see if it was turned in the other direction you need to have a better posting that plus they need to advise you or ask you about that before they charge it this was my second story of Embassy Suites and this is the second time I've had problems so incidentally I don't want to stay at your hotel anymore and I will not give it out to other people to stay there it was ridiculous that we were unable to turn the heater on and froze all night long I'm very disappointed in the Embassy Suites I was told in regards to the heater that your hotel either has air conditioning or Heating and we are under the control of that program that is completely unheard of you need to get that updated and not charge the customers for it

Pros: Excellent breakfast buffet. The staff, especially Ron in valet were excellent
Cons: It is obvious that the hotel is in the process of renovation. The room needed a little updating
