Pros: There is not enough wonderful that can be said about the Bacara Resort staff from the moment we arrived through our departure. One high point was meeting, Bogdan, the Food and Beverage Supervisor at the Bistro. He is all about hospitality and generosity to the guests. The "Birds & Bess" event dinner (vegetarian) was one of the best I've ever eaten at an event and again, our personal server was outstanding. Kudos to you Bacara for raising the bar on 5* resorts on the Central Coast. We will be back soon.

Pros: We had a premium suite with a partial ocean view but frankly the view was amazing! Well worth paying the extra for
Cons: There was a bit conference whilst we were here which is always irritating when you are on a leisure holiday with kids, but other than a bit extra noise the hotel managed to accommodate us all with little impact on its leisure guests

Pros: The beds were dreamy. Also, the fact that every room had a veranda with huge swinging doors and translucent privacy curtains was wonderful. We slept with our doors wide open and woke up with fresh air and soft light throughout the room. (I recommend staying above the first floor if you want to sleep with your doors open.). This was our favorite part of our stay. In fact, although we got up at 8, we lounged in bed until 11 just to enjoy it. We also really liked that although check out was at 12, we had access to the spa and pool all day while the front desk kept our bags. This made our 1-night stay feel much longer. At the pool try "The Refreshing Drink". Perfectly named. Pool service was super friendly. We'll be back with 2 more of our girlfriends in June. Huge Win.
