THE main parts of the hotel and the staff were very nice and it was very convenient, the room, however, was terrible. It was depressing to stay in.
Pros: Staff
Cons: Everything related to the room, its location, size, amenities, etc... there wasnt even a closet, they had a rod hanging from the ceiling next to the bed.

Pros: The location right next to the beach was amazing.
Cons: The hotel was dated and toilet was broken. I could hear neighbors above and on both sides. For the price I could have spent a few more dollars and stayed at the Fess Parker, which is a far better deal with a similar view and better amenities.

Wonderful
Traveling as Couple

Pros: Location and the personal touches they put in the rooms were wonderful. The amenities in the hotel were thoughtful.
Cons: The headboard and chair in the room looked very worn and tattered which was off putting when we first arrived. There was no air conditioning in the room but in a month like February it wasn't much of an issue. The Windows need to be reinforced for noise

Poor

Pros: Location
Cons: Old, not well kept. No guest parking at all. Valet only. Ridiculous $18/day "resort fee" that was not disclosed until check in. Might as well have a toilet fee or a bed fee.
