Pros: Great central location. Valet parking for $15. Room was neat and tidy. Breakfast was a good range for continental. Great recommendations for places to eat from the staff.
Cons: Could hear the lift going up and down all night which kept us awake. Tried to sleep in later because of the lift noise but then someone started hoovering outside the room at 8.30. Reception were clearly aware of the noise issue when I mentioned it and weren't bothered. Wouldn't partially refund because it was booked through booking.com and they didn't want to lose money from having to pay a fee to booking. Not impressed.

Pros: The hotel is absolutely beautiful, it's a little botique style and it reminded me of a hotel I seen in a black and white movies it's so cute !! it doesn't have a gym or pool but its location is excellent for enjoying all the lovely restaurants and bars especially The Red Piano and Kadz I would stay at the hotel Santa Barabara again if I was ever visiting it's so beautiful and charming, we were on our honeymoon and got a lovely individually hand signed card from all the staff congratulating us some lovely cookies and chocolates thanks to all the lovely team at the hotel

Pros: Loved the old-world graciousness of this hotel. The decor fits its era and the lobby area is spacious with inviting comfy lounges. Our room was attractively furnished and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We'd stay here again for sure!
Cons: Perhaps a multigrain bread could be added to the selection for those seeking a highfibre option. Other than that, the breakfast selections are pretty good.

Cons: Elevator did not work on day one; Ice machine was empty, maid went up stairs to get me some ice; lobby restrooms were closed; the view from the room really bad; Had to leave the key to my car with their valet parking I did not like that. they parked my car across the street took a long time for them to bring it to me when I checked out probably the attendant did not know how to drive a Prius, all my settings had to be reset in car, windows, seat etc annoying. Why not let us park our cars ourselves.

Pros: The sitting area in the lobby is great. The complimentary breakfast was good, not great. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The valet guys were particularly helpful and exceptionally friendly. The rooms were very clean & fresh.
Cons: A king bed would be better. The gal who was servicing the breakfast area was the only staff that was not very good - she was rude and seemed unhappy with her job.
