Pros: This place went above and beyond! Free bikes, dvds, breakfast, all day coffee, cheese and wine reception and cookies!
Cons: The place is slightly dated, especially the bathroom. The shower was awful.

Pros: this was a great hotel - the staff were fantastically helpful and gave us good recommendations for eating. The free bike hire was a great bonus

Pros: Very friendly staff.
Cons: It was expensive, but I guess you pay a lot for Santa Barbara.
