The breakfast was included which was a plus however, my scrambled eggs were not cooked through. The dining area was nice and pool area very pleasing.
Pros: Friendly and fast check in the hotel staff nice just would be nice to have your room serviced by someone that understands and speaks English.
Cons: The sliding glass doors had easy access from parking areas, did not feel secure and safe the balcony area was accessible from the same areas. Not a good thing.
Pros: Location and breakfast
Cons: Looking a little worn. Expensive compared to comparable hotels.
Pros: The staff was wonderful, especially at the front desk. They were so helpful and accommodating... and always with a friendly smile. I thought the hotel was wonderfully kept, especially the lush gardens. Warm cookies and night and breakfast cooked to orde
Pros: Location, hot breakfast cooked to order included, free Wi-fi and parking, minutes from UCSB off Highway 101
Pros: They went out their way to accommodate the parents in town for graduation, serving mimosas at breakfast and giving guests gift bags.
