Poor
Traveling as Couple

Pros:
Cons: The rooms were dirty. There was some substance splattered all over the bathroom wall. There were spider webs all over the fire sprinkler directly over the bed. I spent more to stay in this disgusting room than I did to stay at the Bacara. Pathetic.

Disappointing
Traveling as Couple

Pros: Room was large. Some have nice patios overlooking the pool area. We were quickly reassigned to a better room after my wife had a severe allergic reaction to the pet danger in the first room.
Cons: My wife is allergic to animal dander. She had a strong allergic reaction in the first room we given. Turned out the entire building where this room was located was assigned to travelers with pets. The room and hallways near our room had a heavy order.

Disappointing

Pros: The public grounds and lobby area were lovely.
Cons: The rooms were in need of updating. The t.v. did not work and the front desk had to be called twice. After the 2nd visit, you could not change the channels on the t.v. nor could you turn it off. The toilet did not completely flush. Noise from train.
