Pros: The public grounds and lobby area were lovely.
Cons: The rooms were in need of updating. The t.v. did not work and the front desk had to be called twice. After the 2nd visit, you could not change the channels on the t.v. nor could you turn it off. The toilet did not completely flush. Noise from train.

Pros: Centrally located near our home in oxnArd
Cons: The salon need a better place for customers to sit while getting their feet treated. All they had to sit on was a cushion! Not comfortable! Also, up grade was $40. On line but $60. At hotel? Why? As honors member should has been no charge!

Pros: Location. It is beautiful from the "outside".
Cons: Rooms were tired, old & dingy. Screen doors don't lock, "mountain view" had "NO" view of the mountains unless you leaned over the balcony & turned your head. Carpet old & dingy..looked dirty. Walls thin, heard everything next door.
