Pros: Very very good location. Unusually pleasant old-style. The gardens in between houses are very relaxing.
Cons: The staff were not very welcoming. No help with the baggage whatsoever.

Pros: A fabulous staff! Very helpful and professional. The hotel was quaint, warm and quiet (very important). We had a wonderful time there.
Cons: Very small criticism about the TV - very old style tube TV. Not super important since we spent most of our time out of the room.
