Pros: there was nothing to like The staff when I arrived were talking on their cell phones and ignored me and again when I checked out there was only one person there to help and he stopped in the middle of the checkout process to answer his cell.
Cons: At on point during my stay the police were called out for someone in another room and it was difficult getting through the parking lot to get back to my room. THIS IS A MOTEL THAT YOU RENT BY THE HOUR NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL!
Family with Teens
Pros: It looks the part of a motel and not a 3 star hotel that was advertised.
Cons: In a not good part of the town. The establishment is just buildings and parking lot. No trees, garden. A tiny reception area. No lobby.
Traveling as Couple
Pros: The beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated having a microwave and fridge in the room. The housekeeping staff was friendly and very efficient.
Cons: No. We thought it was great.
Family with Young Children
Pros: I liked the complimentary breakfast (fruit, yogurt, granola, waffles, bagels, toast, oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, juice), the gym, the pool, the free parking and the modern Palm Springs-style decor. It felt very cozy!
Cons: Even though it was updated, it still felt dingy and old in some ways. The tile grout in the bathroom was dirty, the tub was stained and the carpet was worn and had stains. It didn't feel like it was ever 100% clean. But it was still fine.
