Cons: I tried cancelling because I accidentally requested the wrong date. Tried calling 5 days prior to my booking and everybody kept transferring me to somebody didn't to talk to. Not one person helped me. All I wanted to do was get a room for Thursday September 15th instead of what I booked, onew for the 16th. Wasn't trying to completely cancell just switch days. Impossible to talk to anybody there. I'm a member of your rewards program and got no help. I was not refunded any amount of the $181 for the room I paid. I will no longer be staying at any Holiday Inn.

We live in Antioch and was just out here for my husband's co-worker's wedding in south city. So instead of driving home late after the reception we decided to get a room somewhere.
