Cons: We had stayed in the board room for over 2 weeks and had asked to stay for another week. You would think spending thousands of dollars they would accommodate you but they said all rooms will be book on one of the days of that week and for us to find another place to dtay for the night and then check back in. Pros: Spacious rooms. Double bathroom sinks. Comfy bed. Lots of variety with comp breakfast. Lots of parking. Suggest ground floor by side exit if you have a pet. Cookies and fruit served in the evening.
Cons: The online price didn't mention pets were extra. We had to pay an additional fee for our dog when we checked in. Curtains were broken and the kitchen didn't have a frying pan, dish soap, sponge, or dishwasher detergent. The air/heat unit is only in the living room. Located in an industrial area nowhere near a supermarket.

Pros: NOTHING. Will never stay there again.
Cons: Our bathroom had roaches crawling in it. That to me is the worst anyone can experience in a hotel room. We spoke to the Hotel Manager and requested a refund as we didn't want to change rooms we just wanted to leave all together. I was appalled they would not reimburse us. I will never stay at this chain of Hotels.

Pros: Larkspur Landing South San Francisco was a great location for exploring San Francisco. Although located south of the city it was surprisingly easy and quick to drive into the city. The hotel is very close to restaurants, shopping malls and grocery stores, plus it is a short and easy drive to the airport. The king size bed was comfortable. The kitchen was small but well furnished, with everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and attractive. There is free Wi-Fi as well. It is an economical alternative to staying in San Francisco.
Cons: Pull-out couch not very comfortable; breakfast OK but not great.

Pros: First, the Front Desk staff were very professional. They are well informed and always answered our questions with a smile. We received the same great customer service from the night staff as well as the day staff. Secondly, our room was large with lots of appliances that came in real handy (refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron). Also, no arguing over what channel or show to watch with two large LCD TV's in our room!
We will definitely stay at your establishment the next time we visit San Francisco.
Cons: The mattress on the Queen Sofa Sleeper. It needs to be replaced with a thicker, softer mattress.

It also had a living room, that could be more useful for business purposes.

Pros:
Cons: We arrived at midnight, staff was ready for our arrival and check in was quick. Once we got to our room we noticed a musty smell. The air conditioning did not work in the bedroom, it was very hot. There were no sheets for the sofa bed, had a to create a makeshift bed out of the spare blanket and covers off the king bed in the bedroom. We checked out early the next morning, only staying a few hours of our 5-day trip to San Francisco. A waste of several hundred dollars. Save yourself the inconvenience of finding a new hotel and skip this one!

Pros: Got a great price on a one bedroom suite. Great central location for us. We went to a Giants game Friday night, and Santa Cruz Boardwalk Saturday. Hotel was clean, no hot breakfast, but still plenty of options, will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Wonderful staff, especially Amy was very nice and explained us a lot about surroundings. It was also not a problem to check-in earlier (we have arrived at 10am). Free parking, close to the airport, many good restaurants 5min drive from the hotel. Fully equipped kitchenette.
Cons: The breakfast could be better (we are not fans of continental breakfast but there is no alternative and everything is cold).

Cons: The building overall was a little warm especially in the room. Plus the bed was too soft. Both my wife and I had issues with our backs the next morning. Finally, I discovered late the night of checkout that I had left a charger for my phone and when I called to inquire the next day, the front desk person took my name and number and said she would check with housekeeping but no one ever called me back to let me know if they found it or not. That was a $50.00 charger!

Pros: Nice staff, dvd had no directions as far as what channel the tv had to be set to so they sent a staff member to set it
Cons: We were woken up at 330am and kept awake for over an hour by a large semi truck unloading food supplies. There was also a loud beeping sound as he backed up etcetc--And at the FRONT of the hotel-Seriously?? And our room was on the first floor so the truck was literally about 25 feet away. Apparently when we talked to front desk clerk he said he would report it.

Pros: We arrived in the wee hours of the morning from the long drive up from southern California. The friendly front desk staff told us they were awaiting our arrival and checked us in before we got there. How awesome is that? Parking was free, basic breakfast was free, the rooms were clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Excellent stay! We'll be back!

Pros: Liked the apples and flavored water available all day, as well as coffee and cookies in the evening.
Cons: Breakfast area was very small...only 3 tables.
There was a sofa in the breakfast area which was not necessary. Remove it and add tables and chairs. Some guests ate breakfast on the bench outside the entrance.

Cons: General staff good but woman manager a total idiot. Someone damaged my rental car in the car park. I had full waiver so not concerned. Just asked for someone to witness the damage so it would have a timeline. Its a fairly simple task but she kept going on and on about hotel liability which is not relevant and refused constantly at first.

Cons: We had a a suite as one room for 4 adults. There turned out to be one king-size bed and a sofa (usually we had 2 queen-size beds). The sofa was not prepared, the mattress still in plastic, as blanket a heavy day blanket, When we asked for a second blanket that was brought, but no service to do the bed. In the evening the king-side bed and bathroom were done, but the sofa bed not touched. - What kind of picture gives this???
The amount of trash from breakfast is incredible: plastic spoons, knives, forks, paper plates, cups, plastic bowls, each bagel, piece of cake/muffin/scrambled egg!!/cheese is in plastic foil, milk, juice, müsli in portion-size packages - not a bit of environment sensibility!

Pros: I rented in South San Francisco to save and it was the best thing possible.
This hotel was conveniently close to the airport, clean and confortable. 20 - 25 minutes away from the city. We ordered pizza from the suggested restaurant twice! It was delicious!
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would define stay again. Very satisfied!
