The Haggin Museum is .3 mi. n. of I-5 exit 473 (Pershing Ave.) to 1201 N. Pershing Ave. at Rose St., following signs. It contains 19th-century American and European paintings as well as local historical artifacts. Works by Albert Bierstadt, George Inness, &#8220;Golden Age&#8221; illustrator J.C. Leyendecker and Pierre Auguste Renoir are exhibited. Native American baskets; a Holt tractor and combine harvester, both developed locally; and reconstructed interiors of several turn-of-the-20th-century businesses are highlights. Touring exhibitions also are presented.</br>Tours are available by appointment.</br></br>
