Pros:
Cons: no regular restaurant, no regular open bar in line for breakfast..Bad TV no handles in bathrooms.. Sand paper towels

Pros: Everything was so nice. We love the courtyards hotels. Always stay here. We feel they care. We feel pampered. Keep doing what you do best and we'll continue to stay here. Thank you all for this.

Pros: Comfortable bed, quiet room, very clean, other than one incident very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The only thing that could be improved: listening by the staff. The women who took my dinner order didn't get it right and then responded with, "You never said that" when I pointed it out. I had repeated my request twice, yet she still got it wrong and I didn't appreciate such a defensive response when I very politely pointed out my order was incorrect. The next morning, with different waitstaff, the same thing happened. It would be helpful if the waitstaff would repeat back the order to make sure they've heard and understood it.
