Pros: Clean, modern, well appointed (fridge, micro, etc.), nicely furnished and quiet. Nice pool and grounds. Good location on edge of town across from Starbucks and Safeway.

Pros: We spent one night in this hotel as part of a road trip. The location was good for visiting Lassen Volcanic National Park; there was a supermarket and Starbucks just across the road and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok - the usual bread, bagels, waffles, yoghurts and instant packet porridge along with biscuits and gravy. Would definitely stay here again if passing this way.

Pros: The room was clean and spacious. Hotel is near all restaurants and stores.
Cons: The girl at the front desk needs to be retrained in customer service. My husband and I arrived at 1:00 pm, and I asked if we could check in. She said no, and that check in is at 3pm. I asked if there were any rooms ready, and she said no, check in is at 3pm. She didn't even bother looking. When we returned at 3pm, she was on the phone with someone calling about their reservation. She was rolling her eyes, and saying things about the person under her breath. Then when she got off the phone, she tells me that our room is not ready, and will be ready at 3:20pm. Jacuzzi could be hotter too.
