Pros: Friendly staff Very pet friendly Good location
Cons: 2.5 hour wait for access into the room was way too long Room not cleaned properly on second morning

Pros: tucked away in the forest mountain location nice and quiet very relaxing getaway
Cons: Breakfast,spa, adult pool ,cafe all close way to early. They had complementary Smore's station which nobody told us about and only was for 30 minutes and we missed it

Pros: Great staff, beautiful hotel with beautiful surroundings. Very nice room and super comfy bed.. The Ritz is pricey but you know what your getting most every time.. Great stay--would return for sure.

Pros: The staff was very nice. Enjoyed finding out where the staff was from. Food was great entree could have been a bit larger. Will be back soon.
Cons: Woke up with very dry air in the room should have asked for humidifier
