Pros:
Cons: I made a reservation for a 3 bedroom suite, received a confirmation for $13, 413 from bookings and the Ritz, When I called the Ritz to confirm, like your email suggested, they were overbooked. Ritz blamed bookings.com, bookings.com blamed the Ritz, so I settled for 3 one bedrooms after back and forth with bookings and the Ritz. When I arrived they had a 3 bedroom suite become available, I had to pay $25,634, instead of the $13,413 that was originally confirmed. I will never use bookings.com again.
