Pros: Easy checkout. Concierege got us discount tickets to Universal and night tour bus that picked us up from the hotel
Cons: Elevators can take time in the morning due to people checking out and stopping at every floor! You have to pay $9.99 for wifi in room but free in the lobby.

Pros: The hotel is in a great location. The shuttle service is excellent. The hotel beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel.

Pros: Staff were brilliant. When I first came to check in was exhausted after a long flight and nearly 3 hours at passport control. To cut a long story short at the checkin a member of staff at the desk called Jennifer made everything so easy saw I was exhausted and went out of her way to ensure parking was sorted wireless comfortable and upgraded room without even asking. Just had everything sorted and always with a smile. Made you feel at home. Great experience and highly recommend especially once they renovate the rooms. I just hope prices don't go up with reservations
Cons: Rooms need an updated.

Pros: Great location, it's an easy 7 min walk to Universal Studios. You have to pay for self-parking at the hotel, but it's good until midnight the day you check out. The pool is small, but plenty of towels and seating were available.
Cons: The walls are really thin. We could hear people loudly talking in the room next to us. Fortunately it was quiet after 10 pm, and our kids slept through it fine, but if you have a baby or are a light sleeper, it might not be the best option. You are primarily paying for the location - the property is well-kept but a little dated.
