Pros: The bed was comfortable and the view was nice. The club suit did offer the breakfast
Cons: The bathroom was dirty with rust around the sink. The shower was broken and small. They were doing construction on the facility but the room was outdated didn't really match any of the picture and the pricing of the hotel was over priced for the facility we stayed in. One elevator was broken so the wait time was long with the high traffic and only 2 working elevators.

Pros: Location - short walk to universal studios.
Cons: Staff at arrival. Front desk gal was condescending and dismissive. And slow to respond as well. Parking. I arrived super late after a long drive with my 12yr old, and I did not feel safe in the lot. It was not a secure parking. Completely open to anyone to enter. No security anywhere to be found. Shaggy and worn rooms... Cannot hardly believe I paid that much for a room that looked worse than my grad school apartment.

Pros: Breakfast buffet was good but average. Wait staff in restaurant is extremely pleasant and attenative.
Cons: Beds are hard and whole hotel needs updating. Old style carpets. They were doing construction on property and could be heard even on the 8th floor. Would not return here until its updated.

Pros: It was walking distance to Universal Studios
Cons: The room had terrible ventilation, they were under construction and the loud equipment started at 7:30 on a Saturday morning. $30 a night for parking and I upgraded to club level but it was packed with people every time we went up and we were turned away. I won't stay here again
