Pros: The staff was all very nice and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. As far as the purpose I needed it to serve it was adequate.
Cons: There was a surprise $200.00 deposit that completely ruined my budget. They refused to let me put it on a card that had the "emergency money" reserved. Less important but still weird. The "desk" was almost up to my shoulders with the chair as high as it could go. I'm 5'10". The one other table in the room was too small for both of us to eat at at the same time. Red is not a soothing color for a hotel room!

Pros: I loved how close it was to Universal Studios. Just a short walk to the park and the City Walk.
Cons: There was a constant sound in our room that sounded like Darth Vader breathing, and the elevator was a little scary.
