Cons: The Fairfield Inn is a moderate hotel. I feel that the price of $200 per night was overpriced for the hotel itself, the room, the location and the breakfast. I would only stay here again if the price was MUCH lower.

Pros:
Cons: A face lift of the facilities would be good. Bathroom doors must remain closed as it blocks the entry door. This makes for steamy, hot, moist bathroom (regardless of the exhaust fan) with lots of mold. Shower curtain was slimy and disgusting, needs to be changed out. Probably would look for another place to stay next time.

Pros: Location is great; right next to the outlets. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: I wasn't a fan of the breakfast. Also, it looked liked my room bathroom wasn't cleaned all the way. Floors were dirty like they had not been swept or mopped.

Cons: Showed up to hotel to check in and my credit card was declined because I didn't have the 500 dollars the hotel wanted for me to be able to check in 100+ dollars per night authorization charge. I did have about 300 dollars of credit left on my card. Most hotels only ask for 100 dollars authorization charge. I then got billed 122 dollars to my credit card because they would not let me stay there. I did not see any amounts when I booked the room regarding authorization charges!

Pros: Much nicer hotel than I expected for 2.5 stars. I didn't realize, initially, that it was run by Marriott, but that certainly showed once I arrived. The staff was friendly, the place clean and quiet. Very good experience!
Cons: OK - it's a LITTLE hard to find at first. It sits way back off the street and it feels like you're driving on to a car lot when you turn in (after finally locating the correct driveway). A streetside sign plus one at the back door would be fantastic.
