This luxurious Japanese restaurant delights the senses, with an open kitchen offering a view of master chefs at work, a saltwater aquarium filled with exotic fish and wall art that features its namesake gemstone. The lobster summer roll, made with avocado cream, pear tomatoes and mango, is a wonderful starter, and the delicious Wagyu Hot Stone Steak with soy barbecue sauce and volcano salt is a must-order entrée. Dining alfresco on the patio is also an option.
