Pros: location good for Joshua tree park.
Cons: not up to a Best Western, in my opinion. the pool was literally a bathtub sized little hole, breakfast was frightful, served with take yourself paper plates and plastic utensils, airconditioner was loud machine from 1965, it seemed and the bed was very hard. way over priced for what it was

Pros: In general the building/room was relatively new and quite like a great hotel. The breakfast room is large.
Cons: The pool is very small and in the shade in the afternoon hours.

Pros: Your people are top notch. From the person who checked me in, to the gal at breakfast and the person that checked me out. Could not give them a higher rating. They were all perfect. Sincere and Friendly. Please pass on my 2 thumbs up!!!!
Cons: The mattress was too hard and the pillows were not comfortable at all. They were pillows for decoration, not pillows to sleep on.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable, as was the hotel in general. Location was great for why we were there, close to the National Park and restaurants and shops. My husband said the breakfast was very good, but he was the only one up early enough to get any.
Cons: The spa had been damaged & was closed, major bummer, which we were not informed of by staff upon check-in. Also, the pool was really small. The photo on the webpage was taken at an angle that made it look decent sized (it is maybe 15'x15', with very little deck area). The controls for the shower were unusual (we had to call the front desk to find out how to turn it on!). Breakfast was only served until 9am, so only 1 of our party of 3 got to eat (on vacation, want to sleep in a bit!). The wifi signal was rather weak as well.
