Cons: I cannot imagine anything to improve!
family with older children
Pros: Excellent location for exploring the town. Friendly staff and lovely comfortable room.
Cons: Continental breakfast was very basic
Pros: Everything was just perfect
Pros: Excellent reception staff, great rooms
Cons: The lovely rooms at the front are very noisy due to loud music from bar opposite until after midnight
Pros: Fantastic warm and helpful service, lovely elegant rooms, comfortable bed, quiet and restful oasis
Cons: possibly could make the courtyard a bit more relaxing and comfortable, but very minor detail
Pros: Beautiful room in atmospheric hotel. Good service and restaurant.

Pros: Absolutely everything
Pros: The location was excellent and the staff were extrememely helpful.
Cons: It was overpriced. The room was booked as a "suite". In fact it was a standard hotel room - albeit with a lot of space in the bathroom where the wardrobe was. The seating was one desk chair and one not very easy chair and footstool. The desk was not usable as a desk as it was covered with glasses water etc. The "antique" furnishings comprised one lampshade and one lamp - every thing else was reproduction. The wi fi wiring looked extemely unsafe. In addition the bar-style doors to the bathroom were extremeely irritating as you couldn't prop them open for packing and unpacking clothes into the wardrobe in the bathroom.
The pool was not a "pool" - hard to do even 2 strokes. The sweet bread served for breakfast was both stale and dull.
Pros: The room was large and well-appointed. The bathroom was sizable as well. The room and common area is furnished with nice antiques. The staff was very responsive to our needs. It is centrally located so the historical district is accessible by foot.
Cons: The pool is small and unheated. For a January visit daily dips were quite bracing.
Pros: Being in the very centre of the old city made it a great base to just wander and explore easily on foot. There is a noisy bar close by so rooms at the front can be noisy, but at night we closed the shutters & double glazed doors and popped the A/C on so the noise was not a problem- loved Campeche itself lots of lovely little bars & restaurants - we just had breakfast which was lovely - the bed in room 1 was the most comfortable I've known as a hotel bed! Wonderful bathroom with all mid cons - highly recommend and would definitely return.
Cons: Street noise ! But not a big problem
Pros: Their location is perfect for exploring the old town. They are right at the sea gate on a pedestrian only street. The room is beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Our sitting area (we had a junior suite) was small but adequate. Continental breakfasts are included and we upgraded to a full American breakfast one of our two mornings.
Cons: The bathroom has a weird design. They have separate shower and toilet/bidet areas but the toilet/bidet section is open to the ceiling so there is not any sense of privacy.
Pros: The hotel was beautiful, the rooms beautifully appointed with antique pieces and lovely tile floors. It is smack in the center of the old town, so the location cannot be beat. Breakfast was also very good
Cons: Toilet didn't always flush properly, though I think that is not an uncommon problem in Mexico
Pros: Wonderful oasis of old world charm in a spectacular city.
Pros: Very nice hotel, very well-trained personnel always ready to help you and to foresee every of your wishes. Nice breakfast (although for extra payment). Very well-decorated rooms bringing you to the old atmosphere, wide bathroom, robes. Offer good Mexican wine, we suggest you to try Cabernet Savignon or Zienfandel.
Cons: Dinner options are not as good as breakfast one, we order Ribeye stake and it was Awful !!! Other dinner options were not great at all, so we suggest not to take dinner here.
